Keystone Powder

Well, once again, we had a ridiculous powder day. It snowed all day Thursday and I skipped work on Friday to go skiing because of a screwup at work that resulted in me not having work to do on Friday. Great screw up huh? Anyway, the powder was up to my knees and I got bogged down in it more than once. I went skiing with a fellow Phi Delt from UVA, Hal Snedden. Hal is now a law student at D.U. We had kind of a crappy drive up to the mountain but once we got there, we had a great day. Hal has had a lot more experience than me in the powder so it was nice to have someone push me out of my comfort zone. I think that is the only way that you get better. It snowed all day and they ended up measuring the new snow in feet instead of inches. You know it was a good day.

This is Hal.

I think I look like some kind of Counter Terror operative with all this gear on. But, it was COLD.

Yes, the snow is deeper than it looks.
